The Happy Healthy Guide to Pregnancy and Birth
the ultimate guide to this wondrous time.
The Happy Healthy Guide to Pregnancy and Birth is a guide that lets every woman find out who she is in pregnancy. We are all different, but we are also a lot the same, and making sure that women have the tools they need to make the right choices for themselves during pregnancy and birth will make sure that you have your best experience. The reason I wrote the book and made the course is because I had a journey taking me from a relatively uninformed pregnancy with my first baby ending up in in a C-section I didn't want to having two homebirths with my second and third babies. The journey I had was amazing, I learned so much and met so many really great people that I decided to make it my research project and started interviewing all kinds of people who work with pregnant women to understand how we can make our best pregnancy and birth. This is all about giving you a great tool box to be able to decide what you want and who you are so that you can make the best decisions for you and your family.
We talk about nutrition, a lot, and we talk about exercise, alternative treatments, what happens in your body during pregnancy, the hormones, your immune system. We go into a lot more depth and detail than most other books. Sound good? Let's get started :)
